Mera Aaj ka blog depression se related hai. “depression” ek aisi bimaari jiske baare mai koi kisi se baat hi nahi Karna chahta kyu? Agar humhe koi aur bimaari ho toh hum logo ko asaani se bata dete hai. Magar Jaha depression ya koi aur mental disorder ho toh koi bhi baat hi nahi karna chahta.Kyuki? hamare society mai koi bhi mental disorder ya depression, ya anxiety, ya phir kisi ko panic attacks ho insabhi ko paagal ki category mai daal dete hai. shaayad yahi wajah hai hamare desh mai proper Councellar, psychiatrist hone ke bawajood bhi mental disorder ke maamle badte jaa rahe hai. hum ye kyu? bhool jaate hai ke baaki sab bimaari ki Tarah Iska bhi ilaaj possible hai. aur thik hone ke baad woh insaan ek normal life bhi jeeh sakta hai.

Bhut hi buraa lagta hai ye dekhkar ki aaj kal log har choti-choti baat ke liye apni jaan de rahe hai. kyu? har pareshaani ka ilaaj jaan dena nahi hai. hum mai se kitne loggo ko ye tak pata nahi hota ki hum jiske saath reh rahe hai, ya jin loggo hum jaante hai ki woh kis baat se dukhi hai, ya phir usse kya? problem hai? Kyuki hum aksar nahi chahte hai koi humhe judge kare,ya bahutse loggo toh they care .do n’t even care, Aajkal depression ke maamle bahut jyaada badh rahe hai aur is depresssion ka shikaar har umar ka insaan ho raha hai.jo insaan depression hota hai uskebhi kuch symptoms hote hai jaise

  1. Hopeless outlook (Naumeed hona):- sabse bada Karen HAI mood swings hona ya life Mai Jo Kuch BHI bura UAA HAI. Toh uske liye apne AAP KO blame Karna.
  2. Trauma (KOI BHI bada haadsa):- life Se full of accident hamare Janam Se hamare Marne tak accidents hote rehte HAI hum sabhi KE saat KOI Na KOI bada haadsa hota zaroor HAI, Iska Matlab ye toh nahi uss haadse hum kabhie baahar hi na aayae.
  3. Guilt (hopelessness):- life Mai KOI haadsa ho uske liye khud ko zimmedar mañana, ya KOI incident KE liye apne AAP KO blame Karna.
  4. Sleep pattern Mai change:- aksar depression Se pidit insaan ya to zaroorat Se jyaada soota HAI ya to usse need hi nahi aati.
  5. Bahut aggressive hona (bahut gussa);- aksar depression honae waala inasaan ko har choti baat par gussa aata hai.
  6. Weight loss ya weight badna:- aksar hamare saat agar kuch bura hota hai to hum kisisna kisi ka sahara lete haikoi nashe ka sahara leta hai, ussi tarah depression mai log aksar zarroorat se jyaada khaate hai jiske wajah se unka wajan badh jaata hai, ya bilkul bhi nahi khaate jis kaaran unka wajan cum ho jaata hai.
  7. Anxiety:- meaning har baat par nervous hona, increased of heart rate, bahut jyaada sweating hona, har EK baat par zaroorat se jyaada sochna.

Kitni ajeeb SI baat depression kitna Chota SA word hai lekin depression mai Gaya insaan kitni pareshaani AUR mushkilo ko jhelta hai. Isliye toh kehte hai aap ko koi bhi problem ho kitni bhi choti ya kitni bhi badi ho apni problem ko zaroor kisisna kisi ke sat share kare phir chahe woh koi bhi ho aapka partner, aapka koi friends, koi family members, ya aur koi nahi toh aapke parents jinke paas aapki har pareshaani ka solution hota hai, aakhir depression last stage toh hum sabko maloom hai “life is very, very precious yuhi chotisi baat ke liye jaan dene se achcha hai ke apni probems ka hum khud hi solution nikale ya toh koi help le sakte hai it is ok to be not ok agar aap kisi baat se dukhi hai toh talk to some PLEASE!.”
