Life Is Beautiful (how we can overcome depression)

“Life is so beautiful, Zindagi kitni khoobsurat hai par hum life ki sundarta na dekhkar “Hum sabhi lagae huae hai, ek race mae ek dusre se aagae nikalne ki aur, ek dusreko neecha dikhaane ke liye, par pata nahi hum kab bhaagte -bhaagte itne aagae nikal jaate hai. kab hamare apne hum se itne dur ho jaate hai. ki humhe pataa hi nahi chalta.” maana ki tarikki bahut zaroori hai, but uss tarriki paane ke liye, “is it important to leave our loved ones behind,”aaj hum sabhi ke Twitter, WhatsUp, Facebook…… par toh bahut dost milege par real-life mai humhe apna bolne ke liye we have nobody. aaj Kal sirf dikahaave ki Duniya hai .aaj sabko dikhaawa pasand hai. har, koi social media par famous hona chahta hai. aur waise bhi name aur fame ki keemat to sabhi ko chukani padti hai. aur waise bhi hazaro likes aur social media par friends kis kaam ke jab real-life mai aapko zaroorat padne par koi bhi ek nahi hota.it is very sad but it is the real truth of our society. shaayad yehi reason hai ki har panch mai se har chaar insaan ‘depression’ ka shikaar hai. because humare pass Hamara apna bolne ke liye koi hai hi nahi?

Depression ye Ek aam bimaari ki tarah hi hai, par phir bhi bahut log isse except hi nahi karte ya yu kahe koi bhi other “Mental Disorder” ho har kisi ko log judge karte hai, ya simple language mai “PAAGAL” kehte hai. har, aam bimaari ki tarah iske bhi Kuch symptoms hote hai. proper help aur proper medication se isse bhi thik kar sakte hai. zaroorat hai, sirf symptoms ko pehchaane ki ho sake to help kare, unhe except kare. aajkal har kisi ko perfect life, perfect job, perfect body,……….. sab cheez itni perfect chahiye ye sab sirf social media ka influence hai. aaj school jaate bachche se lekar senior citizens tak har kisis ko koi na koi tension rehti hi hai aur last year 2020 toh tha hi corona ke wajah se hum sab ne kitna nuksaan utthaaya hai. isse hum sabhi ko maloom hai; par 2020 mai kitne loggo ki Jaan bimaari ki wajah se gai. aur hum mai se kitne loggo ko pata hai ki kitne loggo jobless aur they were not able to feed their families,iss wajah se kitne loggo ne apni Jaan di, it is really very sad. lekin slow hi Sahi life is getting back still we have more to fight. aakhir woh sabhi Jaan bhi toh depression ki wajah se hi gai hai. jis tarah bahut saare loggo ne aagae aakar maddat ki us si tarah hum bhi toh depression mai gaayae insaan ki maaddat kar sakte hai, Neeche diye Kuch tarike se depression mai gaayae insaan ki hum help kar sakte hai. agar hum chaahe we can overcome it. and can leave a normal life “depression” sirf humare dimaag hi nahi Balki hamare Purae immune system,aur hamare body kae har organs ko damage Karta hai. aur Dheere-Dheere jeene ki icchahi khatam hone lagti hai. phir finally woh apni Jaan bhi dede data hai. but thodi si koshish se hum isse bhi thik kar sakte hai.

  1. Medical help:- Jis tarah Sardi khaasi jaisi bimaari ke liye hum doctor ke paas check-up karate hai. ussi tarah hum depression ke liye bhi hum kisi councellar ya psychiatrist ke paas jaaker unki help lekar aur proper medication se we can be alright.
  2. Creating hobbies:- Hum sab bachchepan mai hamari kitne hobbies aur games khelte thhe, aksar wohi karte the jisse humhe khushi milti thi, aaj bhi aap aisa karsakte hai. jisse humhe khushi milegi.bas aapko apne hobbies ke liye time nikalna padega. it can be anything singing, dancing, cooking, painting, listening to songs, ya playing any kind of musical instrument……………….. yakin maanaye you will feel very happy.
  3. Spend some time with loved ones:- Aksar hum apni life mai itne busy ho jaate hai, ki hum jisse pyaar karte hai aksar unhi love ones ke liye hi time nahi hota, so spend some time with them aapki khushi double ho jaayegi.
  4. Going out:- Jab bhi aap depress ho, just take a walk, atleast apne Ghar se baahar zaroor jaaye.
  5. Exercising:- Har roz apne body ke liye zaroor time nikaale,aap roz exercise kare yoga kare, meditate kare ‘tan swasth toh Mann swasth’.
  6. Stay away from the negative people:-Har kisi ki life mai negative log zaroor hote hai jo aap kitna bhi achcha performance kare, they will be never satisfied with your work, aap ke har kaam mai negative points nikalte hi hai, jo hamesha depressing baataei karte rehte hai please stay away from them.
  7. Spend some time with yourself:- Aajkal is hectic life mai apne liye time nikaalna is next to impossible hum social media mai available rehne ki jagah thodasa time apne liye nikaale to we start realizing that we will improve a lot.
  8. Except your flaws: jab hum apne aap ko nahi except kar paate toh dusre to hai hum mai burai nikaalne ke liye, jab tak hum khud apne flaws ya buraaio ko apnaaegae nahi to dusre kyu aapko except karege?
  9. Stay motivated:-“NO ONE CAN MOTIVATE YOU BETTER THEN YOURSELF” kitne bhi problems aayae kitni breakout ho always stay motivated always stay positive and motivated rehne ke liye koi bhi apne superheroes ki film (ya koi bhi biopic dekhe ) iss aap ko bahut inspiration Milegi.
  10. Love yourself:-Aksar depression mai insaan apne aap see hi nafrat karne lagta hai. jitni mehnet hum dusro kae. approval ke liye karte hai so why to kill our precious life aur waise bhi,bahut mushkilo ke baad insaan ka Jeevan milta hai, aur bachpan se puri life ka safar Jeena bahut Garv ki baat hoti hai. Marne ke liye toh bass ek Chota sa weak moment enough hota hai. aur jeene ke liye haamare paas bahut saare achche aur happy moments hote hai life mai hamare saat bahut Kuch achcha hota hai, lekin hum achche pal ko kabhie Yaad naa rakhkar hum humesha buri yaado ko Yaad rakhte hai! is liye achchi baatei aur hamare saare achievement ko yaad rakhe aur apne failures ko se sikhe aur apne future mai apni mistakes ko na repeat kare.
  11. Isliye depression ke symptoms pehchaane aur seek help aur jo depression mai aur dusre mental disorders se thik ho chuke hai unhe except them and make them parts of your life do not treat them like ‘aliens’.
