How to get prepare for summer

April ka mahina shuru hote hi hawaa mai garmi ho jaati hai, winter ke khatam hote hi garmiya dastak dene lagti hai.garmiya matlab din bade aur thakha dene waale aur raate choti ho jaati hai, summer season ki heat hum chahe bhi toh bhi nahi avoid kar sakte magar kuch precaution toh le sakte hai.

Keep body hydrated:- humhe jitna ho sake apni body ko hydrate rakhna chahiye,body hydration ka matlab hai jitna ho sake paani peeye coconut water, lassi, buttermilk, aur juice. Garmiyo mai sweating ke kaaran humari body se bahut saara paani nikal jaata hai usse balance karne ke liye humhe apni body ko andar se hydrate rakhna bahut zaroori hai isliye jitna ho sake paani peeye.

2.Wear proper clothing:- garmiyo mai jitna ho sake loose aur pure cotton clothes hi pehne kyuki cotton is skin friendly. aur cotton sweat ko absorb kar leta hai.

3. Proper hygiene:- Summers mai aksar hi humhe skin problem hoti hai, unn skin problem ko avoid karne ke liye din mai do baar shower lena hai ye toh hum sabko pata hai, par summers mai personal hygiene ka bhi khaas khayaal rakhe garmiyo mai hair ko properly trimmed kare summers mai sunburn,heat rash,ecxzema acne breakouts, poison ivy rash,bug bites,athletes’s foot inmai se koi bhi skin problem hone par doctors se zaroor consult kare.

4.Diet:- Aksar mausam mai garmi badne kaaran body ke andar bhi heat badh jaati hai, body ke andar se heat ke kaaran bhi bahut problems hoti hai jaise skin muscle spasms, severe headache, dizziness,nausea,heat exhaustion, heat stroke, heat cramps,insab problems se ladne ke liye proper summer diet ko bahut zaroori hai.Summer mai jitna ho sake spicy aur oily foods se dur rahe coffee aur chai avoid kare,summer seasonal fruits freash salads aur vegetables, simple aur dahi, lassi, chaas ye sab apne diet mai include kare.

5.Main precaution:- Jab tak important na ho baahar na jaayae, agar baahar jaana zaroori hai toh baahar jaate waqt skin ko tanning aur sunburn se bachne ke liye,ek achcha suncsreen lagaae,sar ko humsha covered kar ke rakhe ya umbrella zaroor carry kare, aur aankho ko protection ke liye ek achchca sun glasses lagaae.

6. No Makeup:- Make up karna toh har aurat ko pasand hai,maana market mai sweat proof makeup available hai par jitna ho sake makeup avoid kare aur waise bhi 40 aur 45 degree ki temperature mai kausa aur kitne der tak make up safe rahega. agar aapki skin achchi hai toh no make up look ke liye jaa sakti hai jo bahut trend aur fresh lagta hai.

7. Proper footwear:- Summers mai aap sneakers, flip flops, sandals mules, slides,backless loafers, try kar sakte hai.

8.Remedies:-Agar kisi ko sun burn ya tanning ho jaayae toh hum kuch home remedies hai jisse aapko zaroor aaram pad sakta hai, jaisie tanning ki liye kuch face aur body pack jo humare apne kitchen hi available hai tanning ke liye face ki tanning ke liye 3 teaspoon besan mai 1/2 ateaspoon turmeric aur somedrops of rose water,1/2 teaspoon honey in sabko milk ke saath mixs kare aur dry hone par normal water se face karne se aapka colour aur better aur bahut had tak tanning hath jaathi hai ye packs regular use karne se tanning completely hath jaati hai even i personally use it auragar body ke liye pack banna hai toh quantity bada de another pack for tanning four to five teaspoon of curd mai 1/4teaspoon haldi powder dalkar mixs karke face mai apply aur dry hone par normal water se wash kare,last but not the least 4 teaspoon of multani mitti, 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gelko mixs kare aur afce aur neck par apply kare aur dry hone par normal se wash kare. ye sabhi natural face pack sunburn aur tanning hathaane ke liye use kar sakte hai.

8. Exercise:- Summer does n’t means we can n’t exercise we can but in moderate way keep body properly hydrate drink as much as water in any form juice, coconut water ya plain water, sleep properly excess sweating ke kaaran body bahut jaldi exhaust ho jaati hai for that take small nap as much as possible.

Summer means vaccation holidays summer does not mean hum enjoy nahi kar sakte a small do aur do not ki list se we can enjoy summer holidays.
